Refund Policy

Every new organization gets a one-month free trial with full access to its plan, including employee limits, storage, Alpha Credits, and WhatsApp usage. No credit card is required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial, the subscription is not charged automatically. You choose a plan and add a payment method to continue.

Once you subscribe, your plan is charged at the start of each billing period, monthly, for the plan you selected. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges from the next billing period, and your organization keeps access until the end of the period it has already paid for.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. The one-month free trial is designed to give your team enough time to set up Clipinn and test every module before you pay.

Add-on purchases, including extra Alpha Credits and extra storage, are also non-refundable once they have been applied to your account.

You can move to a higher plan at any time. The difference is charged from the date of the change. Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period.
