By creating an account or using ClipInn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ClipInn provides a cloud-based HR management platform that includes attendance tracking, task management, payroll processing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use ClipInn, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

ClipInn offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period:

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider
  • All fees are non-refundable. Since we provide a 30-day free trial, users have sufficient time to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using ClipInn, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services. We will not sell or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

ClipInn and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClipInn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipInn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClipInn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
