Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Clipinn, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your organization enters and for how your team uses access granted to them.

Each person using Clipinn needs their own account. You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your organization's account. Your organization's admins control who has access and what they can do through roles and permissions.

Don't use Clipinn to store or process unlawful content, attempt to access data you're not authorized to see, interfere with the service's operation, or attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the product without our agreement.

Alpha answers questions using your organization's real data and can take actions you confirm. Like any AI system, its responses should be used as assistance, not as the sole basis for consequential decisions — you remain responsible for reviewing actions it takes before confirming them.

Pricing isn't published while we finalize plans for different team sizes — reach out and we'll walk you through what fits your team. Billing terms will be confirmed directly with you before any charge.

You own the data your organization enters into Clipinn. If you stop using the service, you can request an export of your data, subject to a reasonable process and timeframe.

We aim to keep Clipinn available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time — we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate changes that materially affect how you use the product.

Clipinn is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
