What's New?
Our new AI analytics engine analyzes patterns in your workforce data to provide actionable insights. Here's what you can expect:
- Predictive Attendance: AI predicts attendance patterns and helps you plan ahead for potential staffing gaps.
- Performance Insights: Identify top performers and those who might need additional support.
- Workload Optimization: Get recommendations on task distribution to prevent burnout.
- Retention Risk Analysis: Early warning signs when employees might be at risk of leaving.
How It Works
The AI engine continuously analyzes data from attendance records, task completions, communication patterns, and more. It uses machine learning models trained on anonymized data from thousands of organizations to identify patterns and generate insights.

We understand that workforce data is sensitive. That's why our AI analytics is designed with privacy at its core:
- All analysis is done on aggregated, anonymized data
- Individual employee data is never shared or used for training
- You have full control over what data is analyzed
- Compliant with GDPR, SOC 2, and other privacy regulations
Getting Started
AI-powered analytics is available now for all Pro and Enterprise customers. To enable it:
- Go to Settings → Analytics
- Enable "AI Insights"
- Configure your preferences
- Start receiving insights within 24 hours
